Good Storage: Keep jewelry in a sealed bag when not in use to block air and humidity. Reduce the contact time with air and humidity can slow down the rate of its discoloration.

• Takes 2-4 business days from the purchase date.

Delivery Confirmation:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is prepared for shipment.

Pre-order products:

• Your whole purchase will be held until every item is in stock if it contains pre-order products. We will send your whole purchase, including any in-stock products, as soon as the pre-order items arrive.

• Polishing cloth is not recommended to use on any plated jewellery, as it may damage the plating and cause a quicker wear-down of the item.

• S925 sterling silver will eventually tarnish with time and usage, while proper care can extend the lifespan of the jewellery (Details of care can refer to Care guide/“Our materials” in “About Us”).

• S925 sterling silver is soft and malleable. If earring posts become slightly misaligned, they can be gently adjusted.
